It will have a rollup garage door on three sides, designed to be open air or provides wind or rain blockage. Restrooms will be open daily. It will be located further away from the radio tower in a more level area, closer to the parking lot to improve handicap accessibility and visibility of the playground.
Other Park features include a gazebo, playground area and equipment, grills and picnic tables. It offers significant nature and scenic viewing, as well as playground opportunities and access to the multi-seasonal, multi-use trail, the Urban Recreation Trail (U.R.T.).
