(It is not necessary to present a Social Security Card)
_____ Previous Marriage Documentation
(Final Divorce Judgment - "Findings of Fact & Conclusions of Law" , Legal Annulment Papers or Death
Certificate) Divorce must be FINAL for at least 6 months.
