The goal of the Aging & Disability Resource Center (ADRC) is to provide personalized information and assistance to people to help them get what they need.  Information and assistance is provided regardless of financial means, to the elderly and adults with disabilities, their families, friends, caregivers, advocates and others who ask for assistance on their behalf.  Information and assistance can be provided in person, over the telephone, via e-mail, or through written correspondence.  Providing information and assistance includes listening, assessing needs, providing a service and/or referral to other public and private organizations in order to meet the identified needs.The ADRC in Sheboygan County documents approximately 2,000 Information and Assistance contacts per month.

Individuals may call or stop in Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM to receive assistance.  Home visits may also be scheduled by appointment.
