*By WI State Statute, all Property Tax Bills will be mailed by the 3rd Monday of December.*
During December 2024 and January 2025, the Sheboygan County Treasurer's Office does not collect current year (2024) tax payments, only delinquent (2023 or older) property taxes. Current year tax payments are made directly to your local municipality until January 31, 2025. For a list of collection options available by each municipality, click the link below. Collection options are also listed on the tax bill.
As of February 1, 2025, the Sheboygan County Treasurer's Office collects all property taxes, both current and delinquent.
The Sheboygan County Treasurer's Office offers a number of payment options.
- In-Person - Our office is open Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Cash or check accepted.
- By Mail - if requesting a receipt, please include a self-addressed stamped envelope.

- Drop Box - located along the curb of New York Avenue outside of the County Administration Building. If requesting a receipt, please include a self-addressed stamped envelope.

- Electronic Check - $1.50 per transaction
- VISA debit card - $3.95 per transaction
- All other credit/debit cards - 2.39% of the total amount being paid
