This one day conference for family and professional caregivers will be held at the beautiful Acuity building in Sheboygan again for the fourth consecutive year.  Two key note speakers and a choice of ten different break-out sessions will provide educational, motivational and inspiring information on a variety of topics to assist caregivers to better meet the unique challenges of care-giving.  Lunch included.    Sign up before November 7th to pay 1/2 price.  Grant funds for assistance with respite care may be available.  Contact Ginny for details:  (920) 838-1311.
