National Night Out Flyer
National Night Out is designed to:
1) Heighten crime and drug prevention awareness
2) Generate support for, and participation in, local anticrime efforts
3) Strengthen neighborhood spirit and police-community partnerships
4) Send a message to criminals letting them know neighborhoods are organized and fighting back.
From 5 – 7:30 pm on Tuesday, August 2nd, at Cleveland Park in Sheboygan, families in Sheboygan are being asked to lock their doors, turn on outside lights and spend an evening together at Cleveland Park.
The food trucks are being invited so there will be a wide variety of food available for purchase. Open Door Entertainment plans to be there to provide music. We have invited law enforcement vehicles and fire equipment to be on display. Our “Walk Against Crime” will leave the park at 6:30 p.m. for a 2 mile walk around the north side of Sheboygan.
