Request Criminal Records

If you are requesting copies of criminal records the following is required
1. Case number(s). Failure to provide will result in $5.00 search fee
2. First and last name of the defendant
3. Written request to the criminal department via fax (920-459-3921) or e-mail criminal copy request
4. All invoices must be paid before copies are sent

 This e-mail does not accept Circuit Court filings or documents for any pending case.

 All Circuit Court filings must be e-filed, mailed, or delivered to the Clerk of Courts Office.
