Please call as soon as possible to set up your appointment, as time slots fill up quickly.

Marriage application must be made no more than 60 days but not less than 5 days prior to the wedding by calling (920) 459-3003, and bring all required documents with you (see brochure below).  Both applicants are required to appear together.

Completed license is issued following the waiting period set by state statutes.
