Taylor Park is a 6-acre county-owned hidden hilltop gem.  It is located in the City of Sheboygan between the Sheboygan County Historical Museum and Veteran’s Memorial, and is easily accessible from I-43, or Hwy-23.  Access is gained via the driveway serving the Historical Society Museum on Erie Avenue.

The new 1,380 sq. ft. pavilion is ADA accessible, fully equipped with a sink, refrigerator, electrical outlets and six picnic tables for family gatherings (more picnic tables are placed throughout the park).  It has rollup garage doors on three sides, designed to be open air, or to provide wind or rain blockage when needed.

Other Park features include a gazebo, playground area and equipment, grills, and picnic tables. It offers significant nature and scenic viewing, as well as playground opportunities, and access to the multi-seasonal, multi-use trail, the Urban Recreation Trail (U.R.T.).

Reservations can be made by calling the County Clerk's office at 920-459-3003, starting the first of the year.  Pavilion rentals are generally offered mid-May through September.  Rental Fee is $175.00 plus $9.63 tax for a total of $184.63 (Cash or check only).  County Clerk office hours are 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Monday through Friday.
