Information and assistance is provided to the public regardless of financial means, in regards to adults over the age of 60 and adults with disabilities.
Information and assistance can be provided in person, over the telephone, via e-mail, or through written correspondence. Providing information and assistance includes listening, assessing needs, providing a service and/or referral to other public and private organizations in order to meet the identified needs. The ADRC of Sheboygan County documents over 1,000 Information and Assistance contacts per month.

Individuals may call or stop in Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM to receive assistance. Home visits may also be scheduled by appointment.
