MISSION STATEMENT:
To provide treatment to Sheboygan County residents suffering with mental illness, substance use disorders, and/or the negative effects of traumatic life experiences, to foster hope, reduce symptoms, and promote recovery to improve quality of life.UNIT SERVICES:
- 24-Hour Crisis Service & Involuntary Commitments
Mobile, walk-in and telephone service (920-459-3151). Staff will assist in the preparation and screening for 3 party commitments under Chapter 51. - Psychotherapy
Individual, group, marital and family therapy are provided. Several specialized services are available, including: addiction services, Moral Reconation Therapy (MRT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and self esteem groups. - Psychiatric Services
Psychiatric assessment and medication management by a board-certified psychiatrist. Individuals seeking psychiatric care must first have an assessment and begin treatment with a counselor, or be receiving case management services at our agency. Please note: Methadone & Suboxone therapies are NOT provided as part of these services. - Intoxicated Driver Program Assessment
Assessment & Driver Safety Plan services for those referred by the Motor Vehicle Department or convicted of operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Referral to provider agencies, case management, and Department of Transportation (DOT) follow-up. The program assessment fee must be paid before appointment is scheduled. - Consultation/Education
Consultation available to schools, institutions, agencies and individuals on mental health and AODA issue.
Medicare, Medical Assistance and third party insurance cover some services. Individuals are encouraged to contact their insurance to determine their level of coverage, if any, for services at our agency. Reduced payment determination based on income, family size and related circumstances per Wisconsin Uniform Fee System is available upon request.
