Sexually Transmitted Infections (STI’s) are diseases that are spread through many forms of sexual contact.

Only 5 STI’s are required to be reported to Public Health:

  • Chlamydia
  • Syphilis
  • Gonorrhea
  • Chancroid
  • Pelvic Inflammatory Disease (PID)

Public Health contacts individuals diagnosed with these conditions to provide education and assist in confidentially notifying partners of the need to be evaluated. For more information, call (920) 459-3207 or email public.health@sheboygancounty.com.
