The CTH PP Linear Parkway Trail runs approximately 2.75 miles from Highland Avenue in the Village of Kohler east to 17th Street.  The first two phases of the Linear Parkway were created through a road diet project that reduced 4-lanes of automobile traffic down to 2-lanes and a trail.  Phase I, completed in 2018, ran from Highland Avenue to Esslingen Park.  Phase II of the project, completed in 2022, extended the road diet east to 24th Street.  Phase III of the project, a City of Sheboygan sponsored project in 2023, extended the trail nearly another 1/2 mile to 17th Street for a total length of about 2.75 miles.

One of the most prominent destinations along this trail is the new John Michael Kohler Arts Center Art Preserve.
