 Established in 2003, the Sheboygan County Sheriff's Office Honor Guard's mission is to honor and remember those officers who died in the Line of Duty.  The Sheriff's Office Honor Guard currently consists of 9 members from all different areas of the Sheriff's Office.  The members are volunteers carefully screened for their conduct aptitude for the ceremonial duty.  They have a special dedication and commitment to represent the department and serve the community at funerals, memorial services, as well ass public ceremonies and events.  The fundamental purpose of the Honor Guard is to honor and support fallen members of Law Enforcement and their families.  

Honor Guard assignments vary greatly.  Officer's attend, conduct, or facilitate funerals for Law Enforcement Officers, presenting the national colors at ceremonies, conferences, and other dignitary events.
