You are requesting copies of records maintained by the Sheboygan County Sheriff’s Department.
SCSD records will not be available for release in an open and/or active case.

We make every effort to process records within 10 working days, however, this is dependent upon the number of requests we receive. Please know that digital records requiring redaction may take longer than 10 days.

SCSD records are public records, however, the following information may be redacted, or removed:

• Employer-gathered address, email address, phone number, or SSN
• Law Enforcement informant information
• Personal information from State DOT records (motor vehicle/driver's license information)
• Records relating to juveniles

Prepayment may be requested if it is anticipated the fee will exceed $5.00.
If mailed, actual postage cost may be added.
