Seal Coating is completed for the season.

What is Seal Coating?  Sealcoating protects and prolongs the life expectancy of asphalt pavement by filling surface damage and providing a protective layer to keep out damaging UV rays, fluids and water. Seal coating is a two-step process.  Step One is to apply the oil sealer and stone chips. Then this is rolled out and left to cure out for a few days.  The number of days of curing can vary due to the weather temperature.  Step Two is cleanup - removal of excess stone chips from the roadway.  This coating prolongs the life of the roadway for 7-10 years and is a significant cost-efficient way to preserve an older crowned roadway.
